Return Policy

Print on Demand Products– This website uses Printify and Printful, and since they are print on demand companies that print my original designs, they do not off returns unless the product was damaged by their fault. If you have a problem email hyrnrg@hotmail.com, I will determine which company printed your item and we will take it from there. There is no guarantee your return will be honored. If you have any questions or concerns about any product on my website, email me before you buy. 

Our policy for products I personally create and sell that are NOT PRINT ON DEMAND lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The rest below is generally HESA’s Policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom orders are not returnable. .(beadwork, if we have a fetish or bag or any type of beadwork you are interested in available, we will send you an image to see if you want to purchase or an image will be shown on our website of the item for sale in stock, otherwise if it is specially made, it is non-refundable) We communicate with you through the creative process for your satisfaction. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please print and fill out the RPF, Return Product Form and send it with your item.

Refund’s for certain manufactured items require a 15% re-stocking fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hyrnrg@hyrnrg.com, depending if the item came from us, our distributors or publisher we will determine how to proceed, In most cases you will fill out the return form and send it with your item to the address we will email you. SO please email at hyrnrg@hotmail.com. This does not include used Flea Market items in our Haunting Memories Vintage category.

Shipping

To return your product, we strongly advise you contact us first otherwise use the address from our distributors on the purchasing slip provided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund along with a 15% restocking fee for certain specific manufactured goods.

Returns of certain specific manufactured items will require a 15% restocking fee.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
